SMS Terms & Conditions
These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in The Label Shoppe’s text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from The Label Shoppe, you agree to these SMS Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in.
These SMS Terms are in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please review all three.
1. Transactional SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from The Label Shoppe, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding customer service, order status, shipping and delivery updates, product availability, quotes, invoices, returns, and support requests. Message frequency varies but will not exceed 3–5 messages per day unless there is a notification event. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from The Label Shoppe unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact The Label Shoppe directly.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we protect your information.
You may opt in to our SMS program by checking the SMS consent box on our Contact, Quote, or New Customer forms, or by texting the keyword START to (626) 333-4001. After you opt in, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies but will not exceed 3-5 messages per day unless there is a notification event.
2. Promotional SMS Messages (Currently inactive)
The Label Shoppe does not currently send promotional or marketing SMS messages.
If we offer promotional SMS messaging in the future, it will require a separate, explicit opt-in distinct from transactional SMS. Promotional messages may include announcements of new products, capabilities, special offers, industry updates, and other marketing communications. Promotional SMS will have:
- A separate consent checkbox at the point of opt-in
- Its own message frequency disclosure
- Independent STOP / HELP behavior — opting out of promotional SMS will not affect your transactional SMS subscription
- Updated SMS Terms reflecting the promotional program
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. The Label Shoppe is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
4. Sending Number
All SMS messages from The Label Shoppe are sent from (626) 333-4001 unless otherwise disclosed. You may receive replies from this number when you reply to our messages.
5. Carriers
Supported carriers include all major U.S. wireless carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and carrier policies.
6. Eligibility and Authorization
By opting in, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are the subscriber to the mobile phone number provided, or you have authorization from the subscriber to opt in
- You will notify The Label Shoppe immediately if your mobile phone number changes or you no longer wish to receive messages
7. Privacy
Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
8. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated to current SMS subscribers via SMS or other reasonable means.
